Where do you deliver the training?

We can deliver this training at your premises, as long as it's within the UK. Also, we have our own venues in the Midlands if you don't have access to a training room.

Yes — we can deliver the training on‑site at your workplace, provided you have a suitable room with basic facilities such as power, water, toilets and space for practical activities.

Do I need any previous experience to join the course?

No prior experience is required. The course is designed for complete beginners as well as those renewing their qualification

Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?

Yes. Successful learners receive a Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) certificate, valid for 3 years.

How many delegates can I have on one session?

We will deliver this training for a group of up to 12 delegates. Similarly, for larger groups we can either provide multiple trainers on the same day or run multiple days to get everyone trained.
