What onsite training looks like at your service
How do you conduct onsite training? ▼
We deliver training directly at your workplace, so teams learn in a familiar environment. The process is built around your organisation's needs:
What you need to put in place ▼
To make sure onsite training runs smoothly, we ask organisations to arrange the following:
A suitable training space
A quiet room large enough for the group, with space for practical activities where required.
Basic equipment
Chairs, a table, and a screen or projector if available — we can bring our own equipment if needed.
Accessible restroom facilities
Clean, accessible toilets close to the training room for trainers and attendees.
Beverages and water
Tea, coffee and drinking water help keep staff comfortable throughout the session.
Wi-Fi access
Guest Wi-Fi where possible, so trainers can use digital resources and presentations.
Staff availability
Attendees released from duties and able to attend the full session without interruption.
Relevant policies or procedures
Behaviour support plans, incident forms or service-specific protocols so we can tailor the session.
Information about your service
Brief details on the individuals you support, common challenges and any specific learning objectives.
Health & safety considerations
Any restrictions, room access requirements or site rules we need to follow.
Point of contact on the day
A staff member to meet the trainer, help with room access and coordinate attendees.

Questions decision makers ask us
Can you train our staff on site?
Yes — we deliver at care homes, hospitals and workplaces across the UK, including evenings and weekends where a rota needs it. We also run public course dates at our venues.
How many staff can attend one session?
Most group courses cover up to 12 delegates for one fixed price. For larger teams or multi-site groups we'll plan a rolling schedule.
Will this satisfy CQC and our commissioners?
Our courses map to mandatory and Care Certificate requirements, and every delegate receives a certificate plus a training record for your evidence file.
How quickly can we get booked in?
Send an enquiry and you'll hear back within one working day — usually the same day — with dates, pricing and a recommended package.
