Mental Health First Aid Training
This mental health first aid training course will help delegates to develop a greater understanding of the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Delegates will learn about the role that everyone plays in recognising and supporting mental health issues at work.
Delegates undertaking this course will follow the syllabus of the QA Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF).

Where Do You Deliver The Mental Health First Aid Training?
We can cover the whole of the UK, we also have our own venues in the Midlands and London. We are also able to deliver sessions virtually using Zoom.
How Do You Deliver The Mental Health First Aid Training?
We will deliver the training at your premises for a group of up to 12 delegates, we also offer open courses for individuals which can be booked below if available.
Who Is This Training For?
This training is for any business in the UK that wants to upskill members of their team’s knowledge in Mental Health First Aid.
How Many Can Attend Training?
We will run this course for a maximum of 12 delegates – however for larger groups we can either provide multiple trainers on the same day or run multiple days to get everyone trained.
