Course Advisor – Outbound

We are seeking a outbound course advisor to support us in the next business expansion and growth stage.

You will help grow the business by finding new clients and customers who require training and development services.

This role includes outbound sales calls.

Your role will involve speaking with clients and supporting them with their training requirements.

This includes:

  • Making outbound calls
  • B2B lead and sales generation
  • Finding new clients via LinkedIn
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Delivering first-class customer service
  • Explaining our course content to ensure the customer is receiving the correct training
  • Booking training dates with the client
  • Managing trainers’ diaries
  • Producing reporting
  • Maintaining accurate records

Please be aware we do have three friendly office dogs.

There is an uncapped commission structure as well as a company-wide bonus.

In addition, we are currently paying staff members an additional £100 per month to support them with the increased energy bills and cost of living rises (this is reviewed every quarter)
