Our courses are up to date with the most recent changes to The Care Act 2014, ensuring your staff are getting the most up to date and relevant information passed onto them by our training team.
This way, employers know their training spend each year and don’t need to worry about staff turnover, as you can remove learners once they have completed the training you need them to do, and then add another… as long as you don’t go over the user numbers you have paid for.

All courses have a multiple choice questionnaire to check knowledge and understanding. Once passed your digital certificate is sent to your email address, it is also easily downloaded from the portal.
If you have not received your certificate, please ensure you check your junk folder . If it isn’t there, please call and we will get this resent.
No, there is no expiry date on the courses – providing you do not start them after which the learner has 12 months to complete the course.
E.g. unallocated course credits have no expiry date. If for example you ordered 500 licences, and allocated 250 courses in year 1, you would have 250 licences left to allocate in year 2.
