Health and Social Mandatory Training Courses

Mandatory training courses are suitable for care and nursing home workers such as care workers, support workers, nurses, supervisors, managers, and those in leadership positions. These training courses are essential for both new and existing staff, providing them with the necessary skills to deliver quality care to those they serve. At Caring for Care, we offer two options for mandatory training: online courses and face-to-face sessions. You can choose the option that best suits your needs and those of your staff. Our face-to-face training sessions are typically conducted for groups of 3 to 15 individuals within care and nursing homes across the UK. The maximum number of participants depends on the specific course being delivered. Groups can be divided into smaller teams to facilitate questions, feedback, and support for your staff throughout the training.
