HOW TO DOWNLOAD & OPEN YOUR ZIP FOLDER

A ZIP folder is simply a container that holds several files. To use the files, you must download it and then unzip/extract the contents.

IF YOU ARE USING A WINDOWS COMPUTER (Microsoft)

1. Download the ZIP file

1. Click the download link.
2. If a pop-up asks where to save the file, choose Downloads or Desktop.
3. Wait for the download to finish.

2. Find the ZIP file

• Open File Explorer (yellow folder icon).
• Select Downloads on the left-hand side.
• Look for a file ending in .zip (example: Trainer-Pack.zip).

3. Open (unzip/extract) the ZIP file

1. Right-click the ZIP file.
2. Select “Extract All…”
3. Choose where you want the folder to appear (Desktop is easiest).
4. Click Extract.

A new normal folder will appear — these are the files you use.

IF YOU ARE USING A MAC (Apple / MacBook / iMac)

1. Download the ZIP file

1. Click the download link.
2. The file will automatically go to your Downloads folder.

2. Find the ZIP file

• Open Finder (blue smiley face icon).
• Click Downloads.
• Look for the ZIP file (example: Trainer-Pack.zip).

3. Open (unzip/extract) the ZIP file

On a Mac, this is very simple:

• Double-click the ZIP file

A new folder will automatically appear with all the files inside.

Will this work the same on both systems?

YES — the steps are almost identical.

The only difference is:

• Windows: Right-click → Extract All
• Mac: Double-click → Unzips automatically

Everything else works essentially the same.
