Where do you deliver this training?
We can deliver this training at your premises, as long as it's within the UK. Alternatively, we have our own venues in Stoke-on-Trent, London, Swindon, Epsom, and York, should you require access to a training room (additional charges may apply). We also offer virtual training via Zoom, although please note that Zoom sessions will cover theory only and will not include any practical elements.
How long will the training last?
This training will last between 4 to 6 hours. The time range allows for factors such as the delegates' prior knowledge and competence, class interaction and engagement, and the number of delegates. If the course finishes earlier than expected, it will be due to one of these factors. However, our trainer will ensure that all learning outcomes are fully met.
Will attending this training make me competent?
In short, no. No classroom-based training course can make you fully competent—be cautious of anyone claiming they can. Our classroom-based assessments are designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and workplace competency. We will provide you with the relevant workbooks and competency forms, which will need to be observed and signed off within the workplace according to your local policies.
