Ben
Clinical Trainer
Hello, I’m Ben.
I am a Registered Nurse with over 16 years nursing and healthcare experience including over 9 years in the British Army.
I began working as a Healthcare Support Worker at the age of 18 and realised that I loved caring for people, so later studied Adult Nursing at Sheffield Hallam University.
After leaving the Army in 2019, I worked full time in an NHS Trust and was quickly promoted from Senior Staff Nurse to Charge Nurse.
After completing my Award in Education and Training in 2021 I began delivering training and reduced to working part-time in the NHS.
Since becoming a part of Caring For Care team I have enjoyed meeting and training hundreds of individuals.
I endeavour to have a positive effect on the recipient of care, promoting the highest standard and best outcome for them; I believe this is achieved by quality training that improves knowledge and confidence of healthcare workers, whilst encouraging a curiosity and interest in the subject.
