Clinical Health & Social Care Trainer

Hello, Iā€™m Tataa

I am a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience working in different health care settings. I completed my Nursing Degree in South Africa then immigrated to the UK where I worked for 5 Year in Acute Medical & Surgical Units. I then had 14 years working at the College for Young People with Physical & Learning Disabilities where I completed my Teaching Qualification then supported classroom teaching as well as training for staff at college. I also completed L5 Leadership & Management Qualifications. So, on leaving College, I worked as Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager then a Home Manager for few Care Homes.

Due to my passion for enlightenment and sharing knowledge, throughout the years as a practitioner, I always enjoyed supporting preceptorship for newly recruited staff and mentorship for student nurses on placements hence recently decided to spend most of my time delivering Clinical Health & Social Care Training including Freelance with C4C while continuing as part time or bank for NHS & Care Homes.

Since I recently started with C4C team I met different individuals with varied experiences and would like to have effect on their health & social care delivery to their service users through quality training. I believe this will have lasting positive outcome to their service user experiences while on placement or under their care.
